Discover Phillipsburg Main Street would like to send a huge Thank You to everyone who was able to make it to the Four Point Committee Training this fall. The training, held in the E-Center, was led by Mary Helmer of the Kansas Main Street with assistance from Bob Carlson, director of Holton Main Street on September 17th.
