On May 2nd Discover Phillipsburg Main Street held our Come Downtown and Horse Around promotional event in conjunction with Kansas High School Rodeo Association.  Events included:  Buddy “The Ropeman” Williams Rope making demonstrations, Pin the tail on the horse, stick horse races, horseshoes and photos with Pepsi the Pony.  Several businesses participated in a scavenger hunt.  Three prizes were given out to the scavenger hunt participants.
